Truffle Baked Mac No Cheese at The Hungry Tapir — tiascaz's Review (Jul 19, 2023)

This was maybe the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had!! It was cheesy, rich, and umami with the flavours of mushroom and truffle. They did something to the tempeh that made it crunchy and sooo smoky like bacon, and the Parmesan flaky topping added some nice crunchiness. I will be dreaming about this🤤
