Review of Yum yum rice bowl with marinated tofu at World Street Kitchen by iszy

This rice bowl has steamed rice, secret sauce (make sure to request the dairy-free version), crispy onions, charred squash, shiitake, Chinese broccoli, basil, peanuts, and crispy marinated tofu. I really enjoy the tofu at WSK, whether it's in a burrito or rice bowl. It's crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. I felt like this rice bowl could have used more suace. It felt like a lot of rice and ended up being a bit dry.
