Delicious! Love this brand! The artichoke flavor is subtle yet flavorful and the texture is smooth and creamy. Ate this on some toasted seeded bread and it was so good. Thinking this would go great for making a piccata sauce - substitute this cheese for the cream with artichokes, lemons and capers - will be making that next!
