Not Pork Belly Burger at Grassfed — K's Review (Jul 13, 2023)

Not sure if it’s because I was slightly hungover today, but HOLY MOLY THIS BURGER HIT SO GOOD. Absolutely incredible 🤤

Vegan “pork belly” coated in sweet sticky sauce, Asian slaw with spring onions, kimchi, kewpie mayo and sriracha. I’ve never had real pork belly, but the texture of this was crazy, it even had the “fatty” bits. Combined with the tangy kimchi, crunchy slaw and creamy mayo, ooft so good.

This was a special so get it while you can 🏃🏻‍♀️
