Review of Super blue - Nuts For Cheese by iszy
This bleu cheese wedge was exciting to try. This is a fun addition to a cheese board. It definitely has that moldy taste that you need in bleu cheese, but it was missing a tanginess. I liked the texture. It was soft and spread on my barely sourdough from Laune Bread well. I'm interested in trying the other flavors! They used spirulina to make the top part blue for a classic bleu cheese look.
