stir fried veg with tofu and ginger at Cats Cafe des Artistes Thai Restaurant — sianski's Review (Jul 10, 2023)

This is a local restaurant with friendly, obliging staff. One of our waiters was really helpful in selecting a vegan dish. The Jade curry I had chosen was not available as a vegan dish but he was quick to make other appealing suggestions. The #stirfry was freshly made and served with rice.
There was plenty of #tofu and a good hit of ginger throughout the meal, along with a variety of vegetables including #babysweetcorn #bellpeppers #onion #tomato #broccoli #mushroom #carrot
The soy sauce dressing was fine and classical. At home when I make stir fry, I combine peanut butter with tamarind sauce and sesame oil which I fancy is a bit more flavourful. But even so, I enjoyed my meal
