Or what I've perceived it to be despite never having tried the omnivorous version. Very much vegan according to the senior lady emerging from behind the steamer/ warmer (she used the magic word on me) with a strong waft of #vinegar in some sorta sweet dark sauce on soft, #mock #pig #trotters. Parcel huge and a steal at RM2.50 (SGD0.74 👉 去哪里找) 。

Taste-wise, generally 甜的 ( #sweettooth). Oinky good #forthedollar
