This is just one of the amazing vegan dishes this Vietnamese restaurant has to offer. The place is informal but has a nice vibe, in summer eating outside is very enjoyable. The service is great and friendly. This plate is stir fried udon noodles with a tangy tomato-lemony 🍅 🍋 sauce, tofu, bean sprouts, fresh herbs and crispy lotus 🪷 roots. To me they tasted amazing and I really loved the tanginess of the whistle mix. The portion, if you can’t tell from the picture, is very generous, so make sure not to over eat: a main and a shared starter will be more than enough for most people. The price for this plate was 25 CHF, which I find reasonable for Zurich’s standards and especially considering the quality of the dish.
