It's like a matchy-flavoured candy cane in liquid form. The carrageenan thickens it and combined with the brown sugar, it has the aroma akin to bubblegum freshening up your mouth. Low on the nutritiousness scale but it definitely makes for a refreshingly peppy soy matcha latte.
