Focaccia at Aniba — Vikas Garg's Review (Jun 30, 2023)

I’m a total #carboholic so it should come as no surprise that I was thrilled when this came out! A slab of freshly baked flatbread served with two incredible dips - an incredibly creamy tahini and the most amazing and kinda spicy tomato salsa. So freaking good, I could go back and just eat this for lunch.

SGD $32 - expensive for bread and two dips but it was enough for 2-3 people to share. Everything here is priced for 2-3 people sharing so it helps if everyone in your group is happy to eat the same thing. Which is kinda cool because vegans essentially force everyone else to eat vegan! ✊
