Review of Vol au vent at Blackbird - Vegankök & Bar by amanada

I visited Gothenburg a couple of weeks back and ordered this at Blackbird. It's not something I've tried before but it sounded interesting. It's a french dish that's puff pastry filled with mushrooms and a seitan "chicken" in a cream sauce with white wine and truffle oil. It was served with salad with mustard vinaigrette.

I absolutely loved it! Everything tasted amazing and the combo of flavours was AMAZING. The seitan chicken was very good and paired well with the sauce. The puff pastry was interesting and altho it was good I definitely prefered the filling.

The salad and the vinaigrette was nice as well.
10/10 would def eat again.
A lil expensive but it was worth it

It was also nice that the restaurant was completely vegan
