Choice Health Bar

This chili lives up to its menu name: Epic! It’s a huge dish, with loads of spices, beans, quinoa, and veggies. Choice has both indoor and outdoor seating. The summer’s first Saturday was gorgeous on Maui. So, I opted to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine, fresh air, and bohemian Pa’ia’s famous peopl watching. ☀️ #MauiVegan
