Review of Quiche at Shoofly Vegan Bakery and Cafe by pdxveg

This consisted of fluffy 🐔-free 🥚, tomatoes, corn, and green peppers on a buttery crispy crust. Served with a side salad of mixed greens, red and yellow grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and walnuts with a vinaigrette dressing. How wonderful to be able to enjoy a vegan quiche.
