I love lox! I've never had non-vegan lox, but love the vegan version a few restaurants have here!

I've never eaten an authentic lox bagel so I can't tell you if this is realistic but I can tell yous that it was extremely good! I especially loved the capers throughout it and that rocket and pickled red onion salad was v refreshing
