This gyro filler was a surprise find during Lidl's Greek week (still miss the stuffed grape leaves 😔)! Very easy to prepare, just sauté and serve. The soy based strips are nicely spiced and are accompanied by onion pieces. The 300g box is enough for a meal for two.

I served them on corn tortillas with lettuce, radish, cucumber and a quick dill sauce I whipped up. Yummy!
