Review of Plantlove Tofu - Woolworths Food by catherinews

Easy to prepare and an excellent source of protein. Brushed with olive oil and heated up in the air fryer, served with rice and vegan butter chicken curry sauce. The tofu is bland on its own but worked well with the sauce. Next time I’ll marinade it before cooking. The texture is relatively firm in that it doesn’t crumble when you touch it but it is still tender. It crisps a little on the outside when cooked which is nice.

A super versatile and good quality product. I will likely buy this again
