i love orecchiette because they are like little bowls that hold extra sauce. so far i have prepared them with tomatoes and spinach i picked from a friend's garden. they were also great with pesto di pistacchio. on sale at spar. #pasta #orecchiette #carbsforlife #carblover my mom said my grandma, who was from puglia, used to make them at home when she was little. feel free to comment on my fancy dinnerware 😂
