These are very tasty muffins just for a treat once in s while 490 calories for one . ￼ They are big soft and very flavorful  $7.49 for four muffins . They do contain palm oil they could do better with a substitute. Oh well they are good but will not buy these often as they are high in calories. And not that good for you .
