This is the firmest firm tofu I've ever come across, and even though we made scrambled tofu with it, I actually think this would be great for a poke bowl. It worked well as a scramble but just think because of the firmness you could make some awesome fried strips with it or something like that for poke bowls. Either way, paying R60 for a block of tofu is ridiculous but sometimes it's the only option we have. Will buy it again for poke bowls, but not too regularly because of the price.
