Soft tofu stew consisting of silken tofu, 'fishcake' similar to 'seafood tofu', enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, and kimchi. Served with wholegrain rice and banchan side dishes. Nutritionally balanced and flavourful. Remember to order the vegan option without egg! Hope they can consider swapping out all the egg and dairy in their menu to vegan substitutes, such as using @OnlyEg Eg Yolk for this dish...
