Mind If I Smoke? at Hot Chip Burger Bar — Iszy's Review (Jun 5, 2023)

This Cuban sandwich-style burger really spoke to @jonok. It has a single vegan patty, vegan Cuban smoked pork, sweet pepper slaw, MOP sauce, and Chao cheese, ok a vegan bun. This was a really nice burger and is something a bit different than all the other options. Slaw on a sandwich is always a good choice. The MOP sauce was really great, although it didn't have a description so I don't really know what it was. This burger is $13.50 without fries.
