Ok so yesterday I went a bit overboard and had a record-breakingly expensive trip to the grocery store. I went to Whole Foods and had a huge list, so I knew it'd be expensive, but I allowed myself more treats than usual too. It's just so hot out and I've been making more at my new job so I think I can splurge a little!
I've only had these once and it was years ago when I was on a Whole Foods run with my mom. They're usually $4.99 (I know, ridiculous for one ice cream sandwich!), so I would never get them. Yesterday, they were on sale for $3.59.... which is still wild, but I decided to just go for it.
I love horchata so this ice cream sandwich really hits the spot. The rice milk horchata ice cream is so creamy and delicious. The cinnamon cookie is nice and soft and compliments the horchata wonderfully.

Do you have a Grocery Outlet in your area? If so, take a look at their offerings; they change frequently but mine just had a three pack of these at a great price.
