The crab cakes at the Butcher's Daughter are made from jackfruit, sweet potato, and quinoa. I didn't get much jackfruit, so the texture was more like a traditional veggie burger rather than a crab cake. It's topped with creole slaw, sweet-hot pickle, and remoulade.
