Had this with #mushrooms! I always love a good #Uttapam. It’s the same base as #dosa/#thosai; a little fermented sour notes in this pancake that makes it so yummy.

Very filling, and comes with three types of #chutney and #sambhar. If you’re hungry, go for two.
