Multigrain rice interspersed with quinoa, topped with spicy Chinese curry and king oyster mushroom breaded cutlets reminiscent of old-school hawker centre fishcake patties. Vegan cheese available at no extra charge. Very gooey (somewhat gloopy) in texture, kind of creamy when mixed with the curry rice! Savoury and interesting fusion flavour, though it got too rich ("jelak") by the end. Would recommend sharing this! Would also have liked a bit of vegetables mixed into the rice.
