Burnt Cauliflower at Pear Tree Bistro — nickyv's Review (May 4, 2023)

Turmeric infused cauliflower in a bed of lentil dhal with rocket. This was just a little spicy which suits me and helped the rest of the flavours come through - mustard seed, cumin, coriander.
