I bought these #gnocchi from Mercadona, in #portugal. They're great as a side dish, even when just boiled and season with a bit of salt and pepper. I love the chewy texture and they're very filling. I had them with vegan chicken, also from #mercadona (check my previous post for a review on that), sautéed red bell pepper and tofu. They're also great in one-pot/tray meals and very convenient! 🥔
