Oh my was this delicious. You choose your broth ,noodle and protein vegan is clearly labeled . I had coconut curry broth with soba noodles and in house made seitan. It was so good I would eat there often . Loved it can’t wait to return and have another noodle bowl 🥣. Yum yum is the perfect name.
