This sandwich is a home run! Packed with flavorful veggies : roasted eggplant, zucchini, carrots, a mix of bell peppers, sun-dried tomato hummus, pesto sauce, king mushroom, vegan mozzarella cheese, and on multigrain toast. All ingredients are organic or farm fresh. It is really tiffed with veggies so you can easily share it . The hummus and pesto are beyond good and really make this sandwich delicious
