Review of Crazy Baguette at The Kind Bowl by xinru-t

Crispy baguette sandwich loaded with cold-cut 'ham', scrambled tofu 'egg', crunchy pickled carrot, and cucumber sticks. Smeared with housemade walnut mushroom pâte (my favourite!) and some kind of smokey sriracha sauce. Such a flavour bomb and a great vegan rendition of conventional banh mi, which usually features deli meats and liver pâte. Convenient for takeaway as a grab-and-go meal too.
