Pesto Mock Chicken Hoagie at Pizza Lucé — Iszy's Review (Apr 26, 2023)

This is a good sandwich option at Pizza Lucé. My office often orders Lucé, so it's just easier to get a vegan sandwich for me rather than figuring out pizza. The chicken isn't anything special but is satisfying. I think they use some common brand's vegan chicken strips. The addition of the banana peppers gives the sandwich a punch.
