From all of the frozen or on the go #veganalternatives I tried, this noodles from Purple Carrot became a staple in my freezer in case of emergency! I love preparing fresh meals, but sometimes #frozen alternatives are needed in this fast paced life!
This meal is very filling! I like adding some #edamame in there or extra veggies just to make the #noodles a bit healthier! 🌿 The sauce in this is a bit spicy, so if you don’t like it being hot you can always add a bit of soy sauce (I do, and it makes it extra yummy)!
