When looking for a quick meal finding vegan options is something I’ve always struggled with

but lately I’ve found so many I can’t believe my luck 🍃 This #organic udon noodles are so yummy and filling! Would definitely be buying them again 🍜

Purple Carrot never misses! This Udon Bowl was so tasty! I love the thick noodles

and teriyaki veggies! Absolutely delicious. All of these instant meals are super easy, convenient, and delicious!

From all of the frozen or on the go #veganalternatives I tried, this noodles from

Purple Carrot became a staple in my freezer in case of emergency! I love preparing fresh meals, but sometimes #frozen alternatives are needed in this fast paced life!

This meal is very filling! I like adding some #edamame in there or extra veggies just to make the #noodles a bit healthier! 🌿 The sauce in this is a bit spicy, so if you don’t like it being hot you can always add a bit of soy sauce (I do, and it makes it extra yummy)!

Purple Carrot is my favorite frozen entree brand. This dish is fairly spicy and pretty

tasty. All frozen entrees should be in plant based containers, imo.
