Review of Mushroom Manchurian at Gopal’s The Holy Cow by xinru-t
Juicy shiitake mushrooms lightly battered (not too deep-fried or oily) and coated in a spicy zingy sauce. Also came with chunks of tricolour bell pepper and diced carrots. Indo-Chinese fusion dish, somewhat similar to Chinese sweet and sour dishes. Flavourful and my favourite among all the dishes I ordered! (Allium-free, $7.90) #sgvegan #minorityowned
