Mix-Hug

Mix di antipasti davvero ottimo. Nel piatto sono presenti olive ascolane con granulare di soia, mozzarelle in carrozza con mozzarella di arachidi, falafel speziati, polentine e Brie di arachidi. Il tutto viene accompagnato da due mayo vegetali, una classica e una all'arancia fermentata. Davvero gustoso.
