Tempura cauliflower in a gojuang sauce. This was a starter dish and very tasty. Nicely cooked cauliflower and the sauce was sticky, sweet with a rich, umami base. .
The Green Rocket was will worth a visit, all the food was tasty and we went back for breakfast the next day!
