Topped with #sglocal #onlyeg omelette pieces plus mixed vegetables such as kailan, baby corn, and carrot which helped to provide some nutrition to an otherwise slightly oily indulgence haha. Opted for #happiee konjac squidiee and prawniee 'seafood' this time, which had a slight char and added some springy QQ texture to the dish! Served with cut green chilli.
