Cold rice vermicelli noodles topped with carrot salad, pickled cabbage, roasted chopped peanuts, as well as fresh herbs including basil and mint. The savoury BBQ ingredients consisted of crispy fried spring rolls, grilled soy pork slices, and juicy umami shiitake mushrooms. Served with vegan fish sauce on the side. Very nice combination of savoury, sweet, and slightly sour flavours, with lots of crunch! Also appreciated that there was plenty of tasty vegetables.
