Cold rice vermicelli noodles topped with carrot salad, pickled cabbage, roasted chopped peanuts, as well

as fresh herbs including basil and mint. The savoury BBQ ingredients consisted of crispy fried spring rolls, grilled soy pork slices, and juicy umami shiitake mushrooms. Served with vegan fish sauce on the side. Very nice combination of savoury, sweet, and slightly sour flavours, with lots of crunch! Also appreciated that there was plenty of tasty vegetables. This traditional cold noodle dish from Viet-nom should be everyone’s go-to when the weather is

too hot and humid, and the last thing you’d want to eat is a pho’king hot bowl of pho. There’s a lot going on in this beautiful bowl of rice vermicelli noodles pho sure. It’s surrounded by fresh herbs+veg, crushed peanuts, pickled daikon+carrots, and crispy deep fried spring rolls but the contrast of flavors and textures when mixed together with the sweet spicy “fish” sauce will absolutely take you down to flavortown. And the star of this dish? Definitely the mini skewers of smokey bbq seitan and delightfully caramelized onion. Abso-pho’king-lutely pho-nomenal! #punbasedlife

Took some carrot 🥕 from it, so nice! Ate this

dish then saw so many peanuts and we decided to mixed it well. Realise got rice vermicelli at the bottom.. why so dry Har! Then we stared at each other .. must be that sauces we ate for salad haha! The restaurant very nice, gave us another bowl of sauces to pour in it. Super yummy 😋 We finished everything really so full and happy 🥰

Bun cha gio is my one of my main go-to’s when it comes to Vietnamese

food so I’m psyched to have found this vegan version!! Mushrooms were smoky and flavorful, pairing so well with the bed of chilled vermicelli and fresh herbs. Oh and the vegan “fish” sauce slapped as well 🔥 #vietnamesevegan #sgtop50

I had wanted to try kind bowl for very long but didn’t have time to

go down

They have a booth at Conscious Festival

Good size portion

But disappointed when they don’t have chilli padi upon request

What?! No Chilli slices Asian food

This is probably my new favourite dish at the Kind bowl! I love the vermicelli

noodles and the dressing that comes with it. All the elements on the dish work together perfectly. My favorite part was the fried rice paper rolls! It was crunchy and so delicious! Would go back just for this! I hope this dish is here to stay!

Love the mix of textures & tastes here as always :’) The spring rolls were

filled with vermicelli and mushroom and went really well with the sweet, tangy & spicy sauce that wasn’t spicy for a non-chilli lover like me! #veganin2020
