Calzone Con Cavolo

Gigi's Pizzeria

Cauliflower purée, capsicum, olive, artichokes in the calzone with parsley topping was delicious. Edge pieces were less messy to eat. The calzone dough was same as pizza dough, just the right amount of chewy.
