2 large rolls of rice noodles, mushrooms, tofu, and lettuce wrapped in sticky stretchy rice paper skin. Quite a substantial portion, might be pretty filling! Would recommend this for sharing instead. Served with a sweet hoisin sauce topped with chopped peanuts. Personally would have preferred a more savoury peanut dip.
