I’ve really been enjoying the variety and convenience that Woolies’ hummus range offers. This roasted red pepper one is possibly one of my favourites that I’ve tried so far 🌶🫑
It’s awesome on sourdough toast and fantastic in pasta. I recently watched a YouTube short by The Korean Vegan and she made a creamy pasta dish simply by adding hummus. Lentil pasta with pea or soy protein mince, mashed pumpkin, mushroom and tomato is a staple for me and I have it pretty much everyday because it is protein-packed and nutrient-dense. I thought I’d give the hummus hack a try and add it to my daily meal - definite game changer.
Highly recommend and I will be getting it again.
