Viet Pad Thai with Vegan Duck at Yo! Pho — Rebecca's Review (Mar 27, 2023)

I was curious to try this option to find out how different it is from the original pad thai. Actually a lot! The flavour is less intense, no peanut, no chili, but there is salad (?) and this vegan duck filet that looked really nice. I don't know how it's supposed to taste but it wasn't very intense. The texture was good though.
I don't think I would eat it again but it was interesting to try it.
