Review of Chickpea, Kale, and Crispy Red Rice Salad - Trader Joe's by lynnemp

A satisfying and healthy salad. It has a nice tart zest to it. I warmed it up in the microwave for 99 seconds to bring out the flavors more. Plus it is cold here today.
The crispy red rice is separated out so you can eat with or without. Photo 3 shows what the rice crisps look like.
