Cereal Ebi with Mango at Saute Sushi — xinru-t's Review (Mar 8, 2023)

Sushi rolled with juicy mango flesh and soy skin 'chicken', all with a sprinkle of oats and nicely grilled in a manner reminiscent of tzechar cereal dishes. Topped with a dollop of vegan mayonnaise as well as a burst of 'roe' (aesthetically cute but taste-wise sweet with a fruity scent, unlike conventional roe). Would recommend this special roll as it's quite unique! Originally an NDP 2022 special but seemingly now permanent on the menu. (Allium-free, $13.90) #sgvegan #halal
