Review of Tofu Affumicato - Taifun by unejanie

i'm not a super big fan of #tofu, but I've seen good reviews on this and thought I'd give it a try. It's not super smoky. I like the texture. I cooked it up with cauliflower and onions with homemade curry powder and was quite happy with it. i will probably try the other half for carbonara. it's made with #organic soy, so #nongmo but there are some non-bio ingredients. one #recylable plastic wrap. #veganisnotscary
