Black and Bleu Burger

Good Intentions

I couldn't believe this Bleu cheese was vegan, it tasted so much like the dairy version! This was a seriously solid, flavorful burger! Made with a blackened Beyond patty, seitan bacon, and mushrooms and onions. If you miss Bleu cheese, get this burger.
