Mushrooms, fried tofu puffs, carrot pickles, and cucumber wrapped in lettuce and rice paper. The low carb version came without vermicelli. Came with a soy sauce dip; personally would have preferred a peanut sauce dip. Decent if you want something light like before a workout or if you're on a keto diet. Otherwise taste-wise is was nothing exceptional in my opinion, especially since it wasn't cheap. 1 roll consists of 3 pieces; the picture here with 6 pieces is of 2 rolls.
