Not everyone has to take this vitamin but I bought it for now just to try them. They didn't taste bad to me, it's kind of a fruity flavor. I didn't know you're supposed to chew them or let them disolve in your mouth, but I don't think that'll be too hard. You can probably find them cheaper in the US, in CR I got them for approximately 20 dollars.
