I've always been fine with buffalo sauce, but it's rarely a flavor I seek out. This recipe however, is incredible! I really loved the acidity it has. It felt really fresh and it wasn't all about spice. It made an amazing buffalo chicken wrap. I was really craving some veggies after the classic airport diet of biscoff and ginger ale. It's nice that this comes in a glass bottle, although it does make it hard to get it all out towards the end. This brand is kind of expensive at Whole Foods, but you can find it for a great deal at Costco!
